ABOUT
Why I Teach
I first came to yoga through athletics and stage performance — a way to move better and recover faster. Nearly 20 years later, it has become an essential part of how I stay connected to my mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
In 2017, I completed my first 500-hour YTT with Modo Yoga International. Since then I've accumulated over 900 hours of training, including Yin Yoga with Corinna Benner, Vinyasa Flow with Dina Tsouluhas and Valerie Anne Verdier, Creative Sequencing, and Core Pilates/Vinyasa with Lindsay Janisee.
Movement has always been a form of expression, connection, and self-reflection for me. After years of living with chronic back pain, I turned to my practice as a way to unlock my body and find freedom in how I move. That experience shapes how I teach: classes are accessible without sacrificing real challenge.
I believe deeply in the power of a consistent mobility practice, and I love supporting students in building one.

RETREATS
Adventure, rest, and community.
My retreats encourage you to explore what's possible. Each retreat is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and open up to what's possible. An intentional blend of adventure, rest, and genuine connection — with community, nature, and yourself. Time to reflect. Time to play. Time to breathe.
